Here is a picture of a quilt that I made as a gift. It's very homespun sort of thing- made pillowcase style and tied with embroidery floss. I wanted to make something bright and cheery and I'm pleased with the result. My cat seemed to like it too. As soon as I laid it out on the floor, she had to test it out!
Love the colors, great for a gray winters day, brightens everything up!!
ReplyDeleteThanks Mary Louisa! Yes, it really is fun to sew with bright fabrics this time of year! I had so much fun making that quilt, I'm planning my next one. Fun to look at the different patterns in books and online. I just may turn into a quilter.
